Highly recognized international law firm with a Minneapolis office is looking for a very sharp attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their team on a contract (temporary) basis. Ideal candidates will have prior experience doing transactional work/corporate practice in a law firm. This role will focus on assisting with very sophisticated international transactions and will be a great training ground for this unique type of legal practice experience. Strong project management skills will be key to being effective in this role. Opportunity to convert to staff attorney position! Candidates must admitted to the MN bar.
