Title: Market Access Marketing Strategist
Contract Duration: 12+ months with potential to extend
Onsite Requirements: 3-days onsite in Waltham, 2 days remote
Join a growing healthcare organization supporting market access and payer marketing initiatives. This role will help execute marketing strategies, manage key projects, and support the development and deployment of resources that improve access and reimbursement outcomes.
In this role, you will support both Payer Marketing and Access Marketing (on the Market Access team) in the execution of marketing strategies and day-to-day operations. The purpose of this role is to ensure high-priority payer and access marketing resources move from insight through approval, field readiness, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Support payer and access marketing initiatives from strategy through execution
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across marketing, market access, patient services, analytics, legal, and compliance teams
- Develop and manage marketing materials and access resources for payer, health system, pharmacy, and field teams
- Partner with external agencies to drive project timelines, content development, reviews, and approvals
- Support promotional review processes and manage resource updates related to coverage, reimbursement, and policy changes
- Monitor market trends, payer insights, and access challenges to inform business priorities
- Gather feedback from field teams and customers to improve existing tools and identify new resource opportunities
- Manage operational activities including budgets, purchase orders, contracts, vendor communications, and marketing systems
- Maintain compliance documentation and support healthcare provider engagement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2-5+ years of experience in market access, pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare marketing, or a related area
- Experience supporting payer marketing, access strategy, or reimbursement-focused initiatives
- Familiarity with agency management and promotional review processes
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats required
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Experience
- Market access and payer landscape knowledge
- Experience supporting reimbursement, coverage, and access-related programs
- Knowledge of annual planning processes and pull-through marketing initiatives
- Experience working within regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environments
