Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a top-tier global law firm known for handling high-stakes transactions and litigation. As the Litigation Paralegal you will support attorneys in complex legal matters from start to finish. This opportunity is direct hire, full-time, and fully on-site.
What You’ll Do:
- Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case initiation to trial
- Manage case calendars and deadlines
- Prepare and file legal documents in federal and Texas state courts
- Organize, review, and produce documents for discovery
- Draft and respond to discovery requests
- Proofread legal briefs and discovery materials
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including attending proceedings as needed
- Cite-check and prepare supporting materials
- Coordinate with external vendors and manage day-to-day case tasks
- Mentor junior paralegals and legal assistants
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is a plus
- Familiarity with Texas and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Experience with eDiscovery tools like Relativity and LiveNote required
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in written and oral communication
- Analytical thinker and effective problem solver
- Works well independently and in team settings
- Flexible with travel and overtime as needed
