Multiple Michigan and AmLaw firms are seeking talented real estate attorneys, particularly in the greater Detroit area. Attorneys should have a minimum of two years of experience in private practice working on real estate transactions – in some combination of acquisitons, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Firms are seeking talent at all levels from associate to counsel and are very interested in partners with books of business as well.
Compensation and hours depends on the firm but ranges from 1700-2000 billable hour targets and base salaries from $150-350k+ depending on experience level, the individual firm, and can go higher for partners with portable business.
