An AmLaw 200 firm with strong Midwest roots is seeking a mid to senior level Associate Attorney with strong corporate governance/securities background to join their Chicago office. Strong candidates will be considered for other offices in the US as well.
Qualified attorneys will have minimum two years of experience in an AmLaw firm and be able to prepare and review securities filings (8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, Section 16, etc), assist with board governance and annual reports, and support securities matters as they come up in mergers and acqusitions.
