Beacon Hill’s client, a mid-sized law firm, is seeking two experienced Litigation Legal Secretaries to support their Downtown Los Angeles office.
- Location: Onsite, Los Angeles, CA 90071
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 1+ months
- Hours: 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- Solid background as a litigation legal secretary
- A background in Labor & Employment law is a plus, but not required
- Strong experience with federal and state e-filing
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and great with time management
- Familiarity with NetDocs is preferred
- Willingness to work occasional overtime if needed
