Role Details
- Duration: Long-term temp (6 months to start, very likely to extend)
- 35-40 hours per week
- No concurrent work (must be fully dedicated to this project)
- Pay rate: $85-$93/hour, DOE
- Location: Remote, but candidates must be licensed and working from CA, WA, or OR
Skills & Experience Needed
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar license in good standing (must be licensed and living in CA, WA, or OR)
- Real estate attorney experience with a focus on homebuilder work
- Drafting purchase and sale agreements and lot contracts
- Drafting closing documents
- Reviewing title and survey matters
- Preparing homeowners association (HOA) documents
- Drafting easement agreements and other ancillary development documents
- Law firm or in-house experience with a homebuilder
- General real estate experience preferred
