Beacon Hill’s client, an Am Law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with hands-on experience in easements, closing checklists, title review, surveys, and due diligence to support their team.
- Location: Remote (Seattle, WA-based candidates)
- Candidates must be licensed and reside in the same jurisdiction (Washington State).
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6+ months with potential for extension
- Concurrent Work: Candidates cannot perform any concurrent legal work
- Hours: Part-time (approximately 20-30 hours/week; may increase depending on skill set)
- Pay: $80-$95/hour, depending on experience
Required Experience:
- Active bar license in good standing in the state of residence (Washington)
- 4+ years of dedicated real estate experience
- Experience with easements, closing checklists, title review, surveys, and due diligence
- Ability to work independently
- Strong writing skills
Nice to Have:
- Homebuilder experience
