Duration – Approximately 1-6 months
Hours – 40 hours/week with potential overtime
Pay Rate – $85-95/hour DOE
Location – Remote, but candidates must be licensed in CA
Qualifications
2+ years of M&A attorney and business sale transaction experience
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in CA
