Beacon Hill’s client, a boutique full-service law firm located in Los Angeles, is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney. The firm is working on a significant sale transaction for the sale of a business and is seeking an attorney with hands-on experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and business sale transactions.
- Location: Remote, but candidates must be licensed in California (active and in good standing)
- Start: ASAP
- Estimated Duration: 1-6 months
- Hours: 40 hours per week with potential overtime
- Pay: $95 to $100/hour, depending on experience
Qualifications:
- Active California bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of experience as a corporate attorney with involvement in business sale transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and related due diligence matters
