Position Summary
As a Staffing Consultant (Recruiter), you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting-sourcing, interviewing, and placing job seekers in temporary and contract roles with client companies. This is a relationship-driven sales role where your success is directly tied to your initiative, communication skills, and ability to match the right talent with the right opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source prospective candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking.
- Proactively cold call and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Post job advertisements and manage inbound candidate flow.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, career goals, and cultural fit.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews, including resume reviews and mock interviews.
- Provide post-interview feedback and guide candidates through next steps.
- Extend job offers and manage the offer process.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates on assignment to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
