Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Paralegal for a fully onsite, long term temporary role with our client in North Miami, Florida. This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday, during standard business hours.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant litigation support or paralegal experience. Insurance defense or general liability experience is preferred but not required. Essential duties include primarily supporting one attorney, managing calendars for court dates, depositions, and deadlines, e-filing in state and federal courts, and assisting with legal billing. Essential skills involve a strong understanding of Florida state and federal court procedures, strong written and verbal communication skills, and familiarity with the civil litigation process.
