We are parneting with our client out of Bloomington, MN who is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join their team! This role will be supproting a manufacturing plant and has a hand in talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, benefits, leave management, compensation, and payroll. Location: Bloomington, MN – Full time onsite
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10 hour shifts
Salary: $71,000 – $107,000 annually
Contract-to-Hire with strong intent to hire, benefits offered through Beacon Hill while on contract
What You’ll Do

Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, including requisition review, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.

Manage vendor relationships with recruiting agencies and ensure compliance with new employees.

Update job descriptions, conduct managerial interviews, and ensure requisition approvals are completed accurately.

Support benefits administration and collaborate with leadership on evaluating potential changes or new offerings.

Leverage ADP Workforce Now to streamline and automate HR processes where possible.

Conduct compensation evaluations, and contribute to career ladder development and employee recognition programs.

Partner with safety teams on Workers’ Compensation cases, and coordinate compliance-related screenings.

Maintain and scan employee files, ensuring accurate documentation and recordkeeping.

Provide process improvement recommendations, collaborate with the Documentation Specialist on work instructions, and train peers on HR processes.

Act as a back-up resource for other HR functions as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Required:
-
8 years of combined education and experience in Human Resources.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
Preferred:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

SHRM-CP or PHR Certification.
-
Professional experience with ADP Workforce Now.
