Job Summary: We’re seeking a Sr. Data Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data for analytics and decision-making. This role involves data governance, quality assurance, and working with stakeholders to enhance data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain master data assets to support business needs
- Improve data pipelines and backend queries for efficiency and accuracy
- Lead data governance initiatives, defining validation rules and business standards
- Monitor data integrity, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Analysts, and business teams to resolve issues
- Support end-to-end process mapping to optimize data capture and quality
- Generate reports on data trends, issues, and improvements for leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in data quality, governance, or cleansing
- Expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with data governance tools like Talend or Informatica preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills to drive data strategy
- Experience with APIs, data engineering, and predictive modeling a plus
