IT Support Specialist (Contract – Hybrid, Wisconsin Residents Only)
Duration: Through June 2026, with potential for extension
Location: Hybrid (1-day on-site)
Schedule: Standard business hours, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM CST
Overview:
This role provides Identity and Account Management (IAM) services and first- and second-tier IT support for staff and public users. Responsibilities include verifying user identities, resolving access issues, resetting passwords, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, deploying computers, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position supports a variety of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments and requires strong communication and teamwork skills.
Key Qualifications:

1+ year of experience using digital systems or platforms, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly

6+ months of customer service or client-facing experience with proven problem-solving and relationship-building skills

6+ months of experience collaborating in team-based environments
Preferred Skills:

Experience providing IT support in a professional setting

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with identity management administration and web-based ACD systems
