What You’ll Do
Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory
Help organizations define and execute GIS and utility modernization strategies.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand operational goals and challenges
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning discussions
- Translate business objectives into practical technology and process recommendations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout project lifecycles
Program & Project Leadership
Drive successful delivery of enterprise consulting engagements.
- Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation
- Guide requirements analysis, solution planning, and deployment strategies
- Monitor project progress, manage key deliverables, and support successful outcomes
- Align cross-functional teams around business priorities and project objectives
Utility Network & GIS Solutions
Provide expertise in modern geospatial platforms and utility workflows.
- Advise on utility network design, implementation, and operational adoption
- Support data governance, modeling, and geospatial information management efforts
- Help organizations maximize the value of enterprise GIS platforms and applications
- Recommend approaches that improve visibility, reliability, and business processes
Leadership & Business Growth
Contribute to organizational success beyond project delivery.
- Mentor consultants and technical professionals across the team
- Support proposal development, solution estimation, and client presentations
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Participate in industry events, thought leadership initiatives, and professional communities
What You Bring
- Background leading consulting engagements, technology programs, or business transformation initiatives
- Experience working with utility organizations or infrastructure-focused environments
- Knowledge of geospatial technologies and enterprise GIS platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives, operational teams, and technical stakeholders
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, guide teams, and deliver results in dynamic environments
- Typically brings several years of experience supporting large-scale utility, GIS, or enterprise technology projects
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with utility network modeling and modern network management practices
- Familiarity with electric, gas, water, or other infrastructure industries
- Experience designing or supporting enterprise geospatial applications
- Knowledge of GIS data architecture, governance, and lifecycle management
- Prior experience mentoring consultants, analysts, or technical teams
- Exposure to business development, account growth, or client-facing consulting activities
- Industry conference speaking, publishing, or thought leadership experience
