We are seeking an accomplished IT M&A Program Lead to drive critical integration and separation initiatives across North America and Latin America. This highly visible leadership role will oversee large-scale technology programs that directly support business growth, transformation, and organizational change.
Success in this position requires more than traditional project management expertise. This role is specifically focused on M&A execution, making prior experience leading IT integrations, carve-outs, separations, and deployment activities a core component of the opportunity.

What You’ll Do
M&A Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology workstreams supporting acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and separation initiatives.
- Develop and execute program strategies that align technology delivery with business objectives.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and operational readiness.
Enterprise Delivery & Execution
- Oversee complex technology portfolios involving multiple projects, stakeholders, and dependencies.
- Drive program governance, executive reporting, risk management, and delivery accountability.
- Ensure initiatives remain on track regarding scope, timelines, resource utilization, and budget performance.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Partner with senior business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and global stakeholders to achieve program goals.
- Facilitate decision-making, resolve escalations, and build alignment across diverse groups.
- Mentor project managers and delivery professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Establish and promote consistent program management practices across initiatives.
- Monitor delivery performance through metrics, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and overall program outcomes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale technology programs and strategic initiatives.
- Background managing multiple concurrent projects within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Significant experience delivering technology solutions across diverse business and technical teams.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional groups, influence executive stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes.
- Strong understanding of project and program management frameworks, governance practices, risk management, and delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with modern technology delivery environments that may include Agile, hybrid, and traditional project approaches.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, resource planning, and executive communications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams and complex stakeholder environments.
Critical Requirement: M&A Experience
This is a dedicated M&A-focused role. Candidates should bring hands-on experience leading one or more of the following:
- IT integrations resulting from mergers or acquisitions
- Business or technology carve-outs
- Divestitures and organizational separations
- Enterprise deployment and transition programs associated with M&A activity
- Cross-functional technology workstreams supporting large-scale corporate transactions
Candidates without direct M&A program experience are unlikely to be successful in this position due to the specialized nature of the work.
Nice to Have
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar project management certifications.
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience leading cloud, infrastructure, ERP, HRIS, or enterprise application initiatives.
- Exposure to digital transformation programs and modernization efforts.
- Familiarity with enterprise project management and collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of IT service management, software delivery lifecycle practices, and modern technology operations.
