Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of litigation, with a focus on construction defect cases.
- Manage discovery, including document collection, organization, and production.
- Draft basic litigation documents, forms, liens, and related filings.
- Maintain and organize case files and supporting documentation.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case management.
- Track court filings, deadlines, and docket activity.
- Work with insurance-related billing and documentation when needed.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of paralegal experience preferred.
- Construction defect litigation experience strongly preferred.
- Litigation experience, including discovery and trial preparation.
- Familiarity with court procedures, filings, and docket management.
- Experience with insurance billing is a plus.
- Candidates with strong general litigation experience and fewer years of experience may also be considered.
