Work Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM
We are seeking a Help Desk I professional to join a 24x7x365 technical support center. This is a fully on-site, third-shift position based in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on customer service, foundational IT troubleshooting abilities, and experience working in a call center or similar support environment.
In this role, you will deliver technical assistance to end users by identifying, researching, and resolving IT-related issues. Responsibilities include responding to support requests via phone, email, and in person, as well as documenting and tracking issues to ensure timely resolution. Candidates should be comfortable working within structured procedures and established support protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in person
- Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure resolution
- Follow standard procedures and guidelines
- Maintain exceptional attendance and reliability
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- 6+ months of basic IT troubleshooting experience
- 6+ months of call center experience
