Field-based leadership role overseeing a home respiratory care branch serving ~6,000 patients. Combines hands-on clinical care (Respiratory Therapist or RN) with branch management, including staff leadership, scheduling, patient care oversight, operations, compliance, and on-call support.
Key requirements:
- RT license (or RN with respiratory/vent experience)
- 5+ years clinical respiratory experience
- Prior leadership/management experience preferred
- CPR certification; homecare/DME experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage respiratory therapists, technicians, and support staff
- Oversee patient care plans, triage issues, and continuity of care
- Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, inventory, and branch operations
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and quality standards
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
