Shift: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)
*ONSITE due to meeting in perons with patients*
The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for:
- Assessing participant nutritional needs and developing a care plan in the medical records.
- Monitoring assigned facilities food service operations and provides feedback in regard to food quality, regulatory standards.
- Monitoring dietary orders, changes, and collaborates with other disciplines
- Printing tray slips for lunch and coordinating with the food service workers at the Churchland site to send the correct meals.
- Completing assessments in the facility and the community including homes and nursing facilities.
- Monitoring quality metrics.
- Maintaining contact with vendors and orders food supplements and supplies.
Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) OR Registered Dietitian (RD)
- Bachelors Degree – Dietetics required
- BLS required within 90 days of hire
