Staff Nurse – Med/Surg (Nights, Full Time)

Join our 26-bed Medical-Surgical unit, where we care for a broad range of adult and pediatric patients, including those with chronic conditions, post-surgical needs, and telemetry monitoring. Our skilled team of RNs, LPNs, and PCTs delivers patient-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide holistic, professional nursing care using the nursing process.

Prepare patients and families for discharge and ongoing health needs.

Supervise LPNs and Nursing Assistants.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).

Active Indiana RN license and BLS certification.
-
Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Additional certifications may be required based on unit assignment.
