Title: Corporate Recruiter
Location: Goodlettsville TN
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $24-29/hour (Depending on experience)
Type: Contract (6+ months)
Hours: Standard Business Hours | Monday-Friday | 40 hours

REQUIREMENTS: CORPORATE RECRUITER (ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE)
* 2+ years of recent full-time recruiting experience
* Finance recruiting experience
* High volume experience managing 20-30+ reqs
* Strong experience in recruitment sourcing (Boolean search techniques, search strings) and online database searching techniques
* Track record of success in delivering on KPIs
RESPONSIBILITIES: CORPORATE RECRUITER:
* Perform full lifecycle recruiting to include execution of direct recruiting, screening, interviewing and the selection of candidates
* Manage a diverse range of positions from inception through to completion with responsibility for candidate sourcing, talent selection, interview scheduling, offer management, closing of filled reqs and disposition on candidates in ATS
* Execute recruitment plans in order to achieve staffing metrics.
* Ensure a diverse slate of talent is identified and presented for every requisition
* Create and maintain talent communities of passive talent
* Monitors and reports weekly progress on staffing needs, diverse slates and other related issues
