We are seeking a HEDIS Network Analyst to join our team. In this remote position, you will be key to improving quality performance and member outcomes by focusing on quality benchmarks and provider performance.
What You’ll Do:

Identify and address underperforming providers.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions.

Analyze quality metrics like IET and FUH.
-
Engage directly with providers to discuss performance and improvement strategies.

Support training and education for providers.
What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-
5+ years in community-based healthcare or managed care.
-
Familiarity with HEDIS, IET, and FUH.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

This is a remote position for a Massachusetts-based candidate, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
