Early Intervention Specialist (Occupational Therapist)
Home-Based | Flexible Schedule | Cape Cod & Surrounding Areas
About the Role:
Join a mission-driven nonprofit supporting children (0-3) and their families through home-based services. As an Occupational Therapist on our Early Intervention team, you’ll help children meet developmental goals using a parent coaching model.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct developmental assessments
-
Create and implement IFSPs
-
Provide home and community-based OT services
-
Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team
-
Maintain documentation and meet productivity standards
Requirements:

MA OT License and degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Early Intervention Specialist certification
-
Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
CPR/First Aid (can be provided)
Details & Benefits:
