Schedules Available

Monday – Friday (Full-time): 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Saturday/Sunday (Part-time): 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Saturday/Sunday (Part-time): 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Qualifications
- HS Diploma
-
Experience in direct care, social services, or shelter settings preferred
-
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
-
Ability to maintain professional boundaries and work independently while remaining alert during overnight hours
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and orient new guests; conduct screenings and intakes
-
Monitor and maintain a safe, respectful shelter environment
-
Provide support to guests and conduct regular check-ins
-
Enforce rules and respond to incidents or emergencies
-
Keep clear and accurate shift records
-
Oversee chores and maintain order in common areas
-
Manage guest medication storage and safety procedures
-
Facilitate meetings and participate in team trainings
-
Perform cleaning, supply restocking, and light maintenance

Answer phones and monitor entry/exit to the building
