A full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician is needed to support daily pharmacy operations and patient care. Working under the supervision of a Pharmacist, you will assist with medication preparation, shipment coordination, data entry, inventory tasks, and patient communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork in a clinical setting.
What You’ll Do
- Follow all State Board of Pharmacy regulations
- Prepare, pick, pack, and track medications and supplies for shipment
- Coordinate delivery schedules and conduct follow-up calls with patients or caregivers
- Enter prescription information accurately into electronic systems
- Maintain continuing education requirements
- Assist with inventory management, documentation, and reporting
- Support collection and tracking of billing information
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
- Perform additional pharmacy support duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma
- Active, unrestricted pharmacy technician license in the state of practice
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential within one year of hire
- Strong computer skills, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience in home infusion or specialty pharmacy is a plus
