What You’ll Do
- Perform routine and specialized urinalysis testing, including automated instrumentation and manual microscopic review
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers while following established protocols
- Accurately document results, support research‑driven workflows, and ensure strict adherence to testing standards
- Follow all laboratory safety procedures, maintain specimen integrity, and collaborate with team members to meet study and workflow timelines
Requirements
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related laboratory science
- Certification (MLT‑ASCP) preferred; equivalent laboratory experience considered
- Prior experience in a clinical, research, or microbiology laboratory strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to follow standardized procedures
- Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and safe laboratory practices
