The Surgical Technologist supports orthopedic surgeons and the preoperative team by preparing operating rooms, maintaining sterile technique, and assisting during orthopedic surgical procedures. This role is essential to ensuring patient safety, efficiency, and high-quality surgical outcomes in a fast-paced orthopedic environment.
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Current Surgical Technologist certification (CST) preferred
- Experience in orthopedic surgery preferred.
- Knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and OR protocols.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
