Overview
The company is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide in-home infusion therapy and patient education. This role requires strong IV skills, clinical independence, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Active RN license in state of practice, in good standing
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and professional liability coverage
- CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of home infusion or comparable field-based nursing experience
- Proficiency with PIVs, PICC lines, midlines, ports, and infusion pumps
- Experience with IV therapies such as IVIG, inotropes, and TPN preferred
- ED experience, CRNI, heart failure training, and strong pediatric IV skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments to ensure safe home infusion therapy
- Provide direct nursing care and patient/caregiver education
- Develop and update plans of care in collaboration with physicians and pharmacists
- Document all visits promptly in the company’s system
- Monitor supplies and coordinate care with pharmacy and other providers
- Triage field issues according to company policies and standards
- Participate in on-call coverage as assigned
- Deliver a high-touch, patient-focused service experience
