Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Indianapolis, IN

Requirements
- Active Indiana LPN license with experience placing and reading TB tests
- Ability to work comfortably in residential recovery settings serving individuals with substance‑use and co‑occurring mental health needs
- Consistent availability for daily coverage within business hours (8am-5pm)
- Must be able to complete DCF fingerprinting prior to start
Job Duties
- Place and read TB tests for clients at two residential recovery program sites
- Monitor TB tracking lists to ensure all clients receive testing within required timeframes (placement within 24 hours of arrival; reading within 48-72 hours)
- Maintain accurate documentation of TB test results and follow‑up needs
- Communicate with program staff regarding client compliance and any concerns related to TB screening
- Support health‑related workflows within the residential setting as needed
- Provide professional, compassionate care within trauma‑informed, substance‑use recovery environments
- Ensure adherence to all clinical, safety, and regulatory protocols
Additional Information

Schedule: 2 hours per day (1 hour at each site), with coverage needed 7 days per week between 8am-5pm. Candidates do not need to work all 7 days; we are open to hiring two LPNs with alternating schedules to ensure full weekly coverage without requiring a 7‑day workweek.

- Pay: $35 per hour
