Warehouse Coordinator – Medical Supply Distribution
Location: Tukwila, WA
Organization Type: Leading healthcare services provider (home infusion and clinical supply distribution)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, web-based courier platforms)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Coordinate the daily flow of clinical supplies between pharmacy and nursing departments
- Pick, pack, and prepare medical supplies for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory, participate in physical counts, and implement inventory control procedures
- Source, purchase, and track cost-effective products and rental equipment
- Communicate with clinicians, nurses, and pharmacists to confirm supply needs and deliveries
- Safeguard patient and proprietary information in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Participate in on-call responsibilities and assist with medication-related incident reporting as needed
Additional Information
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:30a – 6:00p
- Pay Range: $20 – $23 per hour (depending on experience)
