Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy environment (6+ months experience as pharmacy technician preferred).
• Ability to maintain high attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to obtain state pharmacy technician registration if not already registered (certification preferred).

Job Duties

• Process medication orders through automated dispensing equipment with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain strict quality control standards in all aspects of medication dispensing.
• Receive and stock incoming pharmacy inventory to ensure proper supply levels.
• Organize medication inventory and maintain a clean, efficient workstation.
• Ensure workstations remain consistently stocked to support uninterrupted workflow.
• Monitor workflow queues and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity.
• Meet daily production goals to support timely and accurate delivery of medications to patients.

• Work Schedule: 3rd shift, 10:00p – 6:30a, Monday-Friday
• Work Environment: Onsite pharmacy fulfillment center
• Expected Pay Range: $20 – $21/hr. based upon experience
