Pharmacy Technician – Patient Care (Remote – based in Ohio)
Location: Candidate must reside in Ohio (Remote)

Requirements
- Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) with current Ohio state registration
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting with strong understanding of prescription processing and billing
- Ability to work in a high-volume, phone-based environment with strong customer service skills
- Proficiency navigating multiple pharmacy systems with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume, phone-based environment supporting patients, providers, and care teams
- Process prescription information with speed and accuracy, including data entry, authorizations, clarifications, and transfers
- Perform claim adjudication tasks such as prior authorizations, billing, and eligibility verification
- Manage active case queues to resolve patient care issues and ensure continuity of service
- Serve as a liaison between pharmacists, providers, and patients to support medication management
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including medication profiles and documentation updates
- Conduct outbound calls to patients and providers to support onboarding, verify prescription details, and address inquiries

- Schedule: Full-time; Remote role. Monday – Friday, 9:00a – 5:30p EST
- Pay Range: $19/hr.
