Requirements
- LCSW preferred; Master’s in Social Work (MSW) required
- 3+ years of clinical leadership, case management, or program oversight experience
- Experience supporting high-acuity clients, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care
- Knowledge of DHS documentation requirements, Care Plans, chart reviews, and clinical supervision
Job Duties
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to case managers, including case conferencing, coaching, and skill development
- Support crisis intervention efforts and field-based engagement with high-acuity clients while coordinating appropriate community service referrals
- Oversee client documentation, electronic records, charting compliance, and Care Plans to ensure adherence to DHS requirements
- Manage program operations, including drop-in center services, housing support initiatives, and participant advocacy efforts
- Attend court hearings alongside case managers and advocate for participants as needed
- Deliver clinical and trauma-informed training programs to staff and support ongoing professional development
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call crisis response schedule and provide leadership during emergencies
Additional Information
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Some on-call responsibilities required as part of a crisis intervention rotation
- Fully onsite position located in Los Angeles, CA
