Lead/Principal AI Engineer
Seeking a senior AI Engineer to design, build, evaluate, and deploy agentic AI solutions for a guest-facing conversational platform. This is a hands-on role focused on LLM-based workflows, AI orchestration, testing/evaluation, personalization, and production delivery.
The ideal candidate has strong software engineering fundamentals and proven experience taking AI applications from concept through production.
Must Haves
- Senior, Lead, Principal, or Staff-level software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI applications
- Strong experience with LLM-based systems and agentic AI workflows
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks, model/tool evaluation, and framework selection
- Ability to design automated testing, evaluation, and monitoring strategies for AI quality, accuracy, and reliability
- Experience improving AI performance, personalization, and recommendation quality post-launch
- Strong production engineering fundamentals, including scalable design, debugging, and deployment practices
