Brand Operations Manager (Brand Governance / Digital)
Role Summary
Seeking a Brand Operations Manager to own and operationalize brand systems across digital and marketing channels within a complex enterprise environment. This role is focused on brand governance, implementation, and consistency at scale-not campaign development.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong experience in brand operations, brand governance, or brand systems management
- Experience managing brand guidelines, templates, and scalable frameworks across digital channels
- Hands-on experience working with web, UX, and design systems (templates, components, content frameworks)
- Proven ability to operationalize brand standards across large, matrixed organizations
- Strong project management skills (managing timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, approvals)
- Experience partnering with marketing, creative, digital, and business stakeholders
- Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments (financial services preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on consistency, quality, and compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain brand systems, including visual identity, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice
- Ensure brand governance and compliance across digital, web, and marketing experiences
- Develop and manage brand guidelines, templates, and self-service tools
- Partner with web, UX, and digital teams to embed brand standards into design systems and workflows
- Lead brand-related projects end-to-end, including stakeholder alignment and execution
- Ensure global brand consistency across campaigns, content, and digital experiences
- Manage agency and vendor partners to deliver brand assets aligned with standards
- Drive brand adoption and enablement through training, documentation, and internal support
- Monitor brand usage and health, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms and digital ecosystems
- Exposure to design tools and systems (e.g., Figma-based design systems)
