IT Security Project Manager

Must Haves

• Strong IT Security background with experience supporting security, risk, compliance, or governance initiatives
• Previous Project Management experience leading multiple cross-functional enterprise projects
• Experience managing technical assessments, security reviews, audits, application risk reviews, or compliance-related initiatives
• Experience working in enterprise or consulting-driven environments, preferably with Big 4-style processes and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and executive-facing stakeholder management skills
• Proficient with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Experience creating executive dashboards, reporting, metrics, and status updates
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment
• Tech-savvy with exposure to AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar productivity platforms
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple IT Security and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
• Partner with security, infrastructure, cloud, application, and business teams to drive project execution
• Support technical assessments, security reviews, remediation tracking, and governance activities
• Build project plans, dashboards, executive reports, and leadership updates
• Track risks, timelines, dependencies, and project deliverables
• Improve project workflows, operational processes, and reporting consistency
• Support strategic security and operational initiatives across the organization
• Research tools and technologies that improve operational efficiency and project execution
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and stakeholder alignment across teams

Preferred

• Experience working in enterprise IT Security, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, or Audit environments
• Previous experience supporting Big 4 consulting engagements or enterprise governance programs
• Experience in large enterprise or highly regulated environments
