Sr Data Analyst
Work Arrangement: Hybrid in Orlando, FL
Overview
Seeking a Data Analyst / Data Scientist to support enterprise experimentation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. This role will focus on A/B testing, statistical analysis, business insights, and translating complex data findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, statistical expertise, and the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong background in Statistics, A/B Testing, Experimental Design, and Causal Inference
- Experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist delivering business insights and recommendations
- Hands-on experience with Python and Jupyter Notebooks
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience creating research-based reports, analytical summaries, or business insights documents
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) and understanding of their strengths and limitations
- Strong data storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms
- Exposure to customer behavior, web analytics, digital product, revenue, or experimentation data
- Experience working with large-scale or high-dimensional datasets
- Knowledge of feature reduction, statistical modeling, or advanced analytical techniques
- Experience building dashboards and executive-facing reporting
Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and experimentation results
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights
- Perform statistical analysis and validate experiment outcomes
- Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor test performance and business metrics
- Create research-style reports and executive summaries highlighting key findings
- Leverage AI-assisted workflows to improve analytical efficiency while validating outputs for accuracy
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to communicate recommendations and support decision-making
- Execute and troubleshoot existing Python-based analytical models and workflows
