Digital Asset Producer – Performance Marketing
Role Summary
Hands-on production role supporting performance marketing design. Owns end-to-end delivery of paid media creative assets and supports new AI- and automation-driven production workflows.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of production experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Strong understanding of digital paid media platforms and ad formats (Meta, YouTube, Google Display, TikTok, DSPs)
- Experience managing high-volume digital asset production
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PM tools (Airtable, Jira, Workfront or similar)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with DAMs, templating, or creative automation tools
- Exposure to video/AV or lifecycle marketing assets
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle production of paid media assets from intake to delivery
- Coordinate with design, media, PM, and vendor teams to deliver assets on time
- Ensure creative meets platform, performance, and technical requirements
- Support rollout and adoption of new production tools and automated workflows
- Document and improve production processes for efficiency and scale
