Data Product Manager
Overview
Seeking a Data Product Manager to lead complex data integration initiatives and drive product delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, and Digital teams. This role requires a strong technical foundation, Agile execution experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional dependencies from concept through launch
Must-Haves
- Experience leading complex enterprise data integrations and managing end-to-end data flows across multiple systems
- Strong product management experience across the full product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, design, development, and deployment
- Hands-on Agile experience with Jira, including user story creation, backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking
- Ability to partner effectively with architects, engineers, and data teams while managing technical dependencies and risks
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across Product, IT, Engineering, Data, and Digital teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Wealth management, asset management, broker-dealer, or RIA experience
- Advisor-facing digital product experience
- Experience working in regulated environments
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of data-driven product initiatives from requirements through launch
- Manage enterprise data integrations across multiple platforms and systems
- Gather requirements, prioritize backlogs, and oversee Agile delivery
- Coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, and remove roadblocks
- Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, customer-facing solutions
- Drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring on-time delivery
