Important Profile Requirement
Candidates should demonstrate substantial, clearly documented Saviynt experience on the resume, particularly architecture and implementation work. General IAM experience or experience primarily with other IGA platforms will not substitute for the required hands-on Saviynt architecture background.
IAM / Saviynt Architect
We are seeking a hands-on IAM/IGA Architect with deep Saviynt expertise to design and implement enterprise-scale Identity Governance and Administration solutions. This is an architecture-level position requiring hands-on Saviynt experience not simply exposure to the platform.
Must-Haves
- 10+ years of overall IAM experience
- 5+ years of IAM/IGA architecture experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Saviynt experience, including experience functioning as a Saviynt Architect
- Strong experience architecting and implementing Saviynt IGA solutions, including:
- Access Requests
- Access Certifications
- Role Management / RBAC
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Workflows, connectors and access policies
- Identity lifecycle management
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and ADFS
- Strong experience with SSO, identity federation, PAM, and automated identity lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM
- Experience designing scalable IAM/IGA architectures and translating business/security requirements into technical solutions
- Experience developing IAM architecture roadmaps, standards, technical designs, and documentation
- Strong understanding of security governance and regulatory/compliance requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead enterprise Saviynt IGA implementations
- Design identity governance solutions for provisioning, access requests, certifications, roles, SoD and lifecycle management
- Configure and architect Saviynt workflows, connectors, policies and integrations
- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, directories and cloud environments
- Define IAM/IGA architecture standards, technical designs and roadmaps
- Assess existing identity environments and recommend architectural improvements
- Partner with security, infrastructure, application and business teams on IAM initiatives
- Support troubleshooting and optimization of identity governance solutions
