Product Manager – Digital Commerce & Guest Experience
Must Haves
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience supporting mobile applications and iOS/Android release processes
- Experience with digital commerce, customer experience, loyalty, or fulfillment-related products
- Experience translating business needs into user stories, product requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases
- Strong experience managing product backlogs, feature prioritization, and Agile/Scrum delivery
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
- Experience driving complex digital product initiatives from concept through delivery
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to support decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Experience balancing technical, business, and user experience requirements
- Proven ability to identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive projects to successful completion
Responsibilities
- Define and manage product requirements, user stories, and feature prioritization
- Partner with Design and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences
- Manage product backlogs and participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups and sprint planning
- Drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Develop presentations and product updates for leadership and executive audiences
- Support go-to-market planning and product launch activities
- Track product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
