Position: Project Manager – Post Production Environment
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of project management experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, Atlassian tools, LucidChart, Miro, and Airtable.
- Strong experience managing traditional projects: ticket management, rollout of new software, show support requests.
- Partner with engineering, facilities, and trades teams to coordinate installations (e.g., A/V, infrastructure, cabling, workstation setup).
- Skilled in partnering with engineering teams and holding team members accountable to deliverables and metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills; able to manage difficult stakeholders and build trust across diverse groups.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively with executives and long-tenured teams.
Nice to Have:
- Entertainment, media, post-production, or construction/installation project experience.
- Familiarity with union/trade environments and experience influencing stakeholders resistant to change.
- Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master (CSM).
