Product Manager (Mid Level) – AI & Marketing Technology
Overview
Seeking a Product Manager to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams while driving the delivery of internal and customer-facing digital products. This role requires strong product ownership, business analysis, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements. Experience with AI-driven solutions and marketing technology platforms is highly desirable.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience managing products through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and ongoing enhancement.
- Strong Product Management and Product Ownership experience, including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and user story creation.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications for engineering teams.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies and the ability to identify and define AI-driven product features.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and user insights to drive product decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Marketing Technology (MarTech), customer engagement, or digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with mobile applications, consumer-facing products, or digital experiences.
- Entertainment, media, or studio technology experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature priorities.
- Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements and new features.
- Analyze user behavior, business metrics, and product performance to inform product decisions.
- Drive alignment across business and technical teams while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Support the development and launch of AI-powered product capabilities and digital experiences.
