100 % Remote-Program Manager – M&A Integration (Bilingual French Canadian)
This role is remote, but candidates must be fluent in French Canadian due to direct collaboration with Canadian based teams and documentation requirements.
Overview
Seeking a Program Manager with strong project leadership and stakeholder coordination skills to support the integration of a recently acquired organization. This role will focus on coordinating operational and technology integration activities following a merger and acquisition.
The Program Manager will work closely with U.S.-based leadership, local site management, HR, and IT teams to ensure a smooth transition of processes, systems, and operations. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage integration activities across multiple functional teams.
This position will start part-time (15-20 hours per week) and is expected to ramp up to full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week) as integration efforts progress.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Fluent in French Canadian (spoken and written) – required for meetings, documentation, and coordination with acquired organization teams.
- Program or Project Management experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or business integrations
- Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams across operations, HR, and IT
- Experience supporting technology or systems integrations during M&A transitions
- Background in operational integrations across multiple sites
- Ability to develop and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Experience facilitating leadership meetings, status updates, and integration workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience using Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools
- Must be comfortable working with teams in Canada and the United States
Key Responsibilities
- Support post-acquisition integration efforts for multiple operational sites in Quebec
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to track integration progress
- Serve as a coordination point between U.S. leadership and local Canadian teams
- Facilitate all-hands calls, leadership updates, and functional workstream meetings (HR, IT, operations)
- Build and maintain integration workflows and dashboards in Smartsheet
- Track pre- and post-IT system conversion activities and coordinate with technical teams
- Ensure local site teams are aligned with integration milestones and execution plans
- Provide ongoing status reporting and risk tracking to leadership
