Product Owner – Enterprise Technology (Media & Entertainment)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise technology products supporting corporate functions within the media and entertainment space. This role bridges business needs with agile delivery, ensuring solutions that align with strategic objectives and meet the unique demands of a fast-paced, global entertainment environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner managing complex enterprise products.
- Media and entertainment industry experience, with exposure to global stakeholders and launch environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v3+ and ITSM best practices.
- Proven track record leading technology teams in agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, writing, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, CSPO, PMI-ACP, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Agile certifications (CSPO, PMI-ACP, SAFe PO/PM, ICP-ACC).
- Experience with compliance, security, or governance in enterprise systems.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business and industry goals.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, refining user stories and maximizing business value.
- Partner with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align on outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agile delivery teams, ensuring clarity on product goals and requirements.
- Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality, timely solutions.
- Support testing, acceptance criteria, and change management to ensure smooth product rollouts and adoption.
- Monitor product performance, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
