QNXT Benefit Configuration Manager
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Progressive experience configuring health plan benefits within QNXT or a comparable claims administration platform, including direct hands-on experience with QNXT.
- Experience leading benefit configuration teams, supervisors, or operational functions.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Exchange benefit designs and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Advanced understanding of QNXT architecture, benefit configuration logic, claims adjudication, accumulators, authorization rules, and product setup.
- Proven experience managing large-scale benefit implementations and annual benefit maintenance initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex organizational initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with TriZetto QNXT.
- Experience with the QNXT Configuration Management Tool (CMT) and Configuration Console Suite (QCS).
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and data validation techniques.
- Experience supporting enterprise health plan implementations, migrations, or platform transformation programs.
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or another relevant process improvement or project management certification.
