Supply Chain Analyst / Junior Supply Chain Manager – IT Hardware
Role Summary
Seeking a hands-on Supply Chain professional to take ownership of IT hardware operations across a large, multi-site retail environment. This role will focus on improving demand planning, inventory visibility, vendor coordination, and logistics efficiency.
Ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build and scale processes, drive operational improvements, and bring structure to a currently manual environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory management, or operations (internships acceptable)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in data-heavy environments
- Experience supporting purchasing, inventory tracking, or distribution operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and take ownership of processes
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day IT hardware supply chain operations across purchasing, inventory, and distribution
- Manage hardware flow from demand planning through procurement, delivery, and deployment
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and performance
- Track and manage inventory across warehouses, depots, and in-transit shipments
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor supply chain performance and KPIs
- Support demand forecasting and planning across multiple locations
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, shipments, and manual work
- Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations) to align on demand and execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to IT hardware environments (routers, switches, POS devices, etc.)
- Experience supporting multi-site or retail operations
- Familiarity with ERP or asset management tools (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Coupa)
- Interest in automation, reporting, or AI-driven process improvements
- APICS or related supply chain certification (nice to have)
