Senior Scrum Master (Process-Driven, Data-Focused)
Overview
Seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams in a complex, multi-team environment. This is a process-heavy role focused on driving Agile maturity, improving workflows, and enhancing data-driven practices. The ideal candidate is confident, communicative, and brings a strong point of view to challenge and optimize existing processes.
Must-Haves
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience supporting multiple Scrum teams simultaneously (3+ teams)
- Strong experience operating in complex, multi-team environments with dependencies
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, data cleansing, and analytics workflows
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving process improvements and Agile best practices
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex and/or Cursor
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks
- Exposure to tools or platforms such as Agera
- Background in fast-paced product or tech-driven environments
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and enforce Agile best practices across multiple teams
- Drive process improvements and streamline Agile delivery workflows
- Manage cross-team dependencies and coordination in a complex environment
- Partner with stakeholders and provide candid, constructive feedback
- Support data-focused initiatives, including data quality, cleansing, and pipeline awareness
- Foster team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

- Backgrounds primarily in slower-paced environments (e.g., highly regulated industries like healthcare or finance)
- Scrum Masters focused on documentation or user story writing rather than process leadership
